First Downpour of the Season

Magandang buhay😍
And we just had the first rain of the season earlier this evening, yay! It was a quick (just about 15 minutes or a bit more), but heavy. Alas, it cleansed this side of the universe and quenched its thirst, nourishing everything that needed it most.
I was on the street down the property when it poured. I didn't run to seek shelter. I did an ecstatic dance instead, knowing nobody was looking. And even if there were, I was so happy to be bothered. I felt fun. The kid in me was delighted. Who wouldn't?
"Did you bathe in the rain?" The hubby queried (obviously surprised and amused) when he arrived and caught up with me when I was just about to enter the house, still in my soaked clothes.
"Nope. I danced!" I replied proudly with a big grin. Normally, I do not want to get wet in the rain (I'd be rambling when I did). But today was an exception, although it wasn't planned. It was done on impulse, and it felt good! And I am grateful.
Anyway, the sky is quiet now. The air feels cooler. I imagine most people around here (and the neighboring towns, and other places where there was a downpour) are thrilled and thankful that the rain finally came. Everything in the open had been watered by nature. Even our four-wheel outside had a free car wash, lol!
"Do you think this was a natural rain or the agency initiated cloud seeding?" I asked the hubby. We read that the Department of Agriculture, through its Bureau of Soils and Water Management, has active plans to implement cloud-seeding operations to mitigate the impacts of the severe dry season (drought), especially in the agricultural sector.
"I'm quite certain it's natural," the Farmboy replied. I hope it was, and that there will be another downpour soon, or at least next week, and the weeks after.🙏
