Why I’ll Buy a House Before Anything Else — Even in This Economy

You know it is not easy to move places every now and then, I grew up as a tenant and it has quite done the damage in my life in a way

that everyone who grew up as a tenant could easily tell. There is a loop and a pattern in there you're supposed to break or else it'll stay like that.

I've recently moved my home this time after an year, had to shift to a new place because the owner was demanding too much.

The life as a Tenant

Home is where you're supposed to be comfortable and live in peace but tenants has a sort of different story because they are living in someone's home and are paying every month

Knowing that the place you're living isn't yours and you'll be there temporarily and just because it isn't temporary there's some major things you'd notice effecting you.

Whenever you had to move from a home, you were left with no choice but to forget about the friends and people you know in that place

And move to a new neighbourhood? That is one reason why I don't have no best friend at the moment, no childhood friend cause we've been moving a lot through the years.

You can't have a Circle?

Everytime when we were settled in a place and comfortable like I knew a lot of people, I was known in the neighbour

But that circle you have just built around you will be gone the day you're moving from there.

The downside is you won't be able to have that stability where you could have people that you'd trust and rely on for too long.

And the more you move to a New place, the more less confident you'll find yourself too communicate and build a new circle again cause you'd be like why even meet new people when it won't be like that for long?

You're suppose to Get a home

So I have got pretty much a lot of reasons to make it my dream to own a home before anything else, like it's the first thing I'd spend money on.

It should be the goal you're working for cause that permanent residency will give you peace, friends, a network that'll eventually make up to your networth.

The relief that you can buy when you get your own home is something you'd never see if you're just living as a tenant and moving from one place to another.

The change you need in life could be the home? Start with that and see how everything else in your life will follow eventually, you'll do much better at everything and have more edge while having your own home.

Otherwise you'd be discomfort, tensed and the list goes on. I hope everyone who never had one and grew up like tenant live to see them becoming home owners in this economy, perhaps in next 5 years or within that time it's just on you, how bad you want it? Do share about it in the comments.
