And for other it'll only work when they are going on with the flow but I myself find myself between both kind of people. Stuck in the middle because sometimes I do plan and most of the time I be just going on with the flow.
The time when it works best with a Plan
Most of the time the only thing I plan down for the most part of the month and days is that I have work, I've side works and planning how I'll manage both without impacting other things.
Besides that I plan things like expenses, where I'm supposed to spend money and where I'm supposed to chill.
Already keeping expenses and those bills in plan makes it better cause I don't have to stress about it no more.
I just put bills aside, rents and everything out and go on about my day. I know for a fact that impulsive spending is worse and when you don't have plans, you can't simply save anything at all. You're suppose to do the budgeting in order to make a certain balance in life.
Going on with the Flow also works
I'm not that kind of person to plan weeks or months down the line anymore, there was a time when I used to do monthly goals and plan accordingly but not anymoreI go on with the flow now and that means I won't have plans to watch a movie but eventually I'll watch something when I'm bored
No plans to go out but than a sudden urge and I'm out again just walking down the street.
I don't want to go to work but than again I've found the will to go and because I've made up my mind, it'd be boring to stay at home.
Someone called so now I'd be out with the person, that's how it goes everyday without any plans just with the flow wherever life takes me I'd follow.
The only downside of going on with the flow is when you're spending money you won't be able to count on it, and other risks that follows down.
But when you've planned sort of everything that means you're counting and keeping notes of risks that comes with it and now you can assess those risks as you follow your plan.
Unplanned things are sort of best and risky
What is life without risks? And why he afraid of taking risks? When you're planning everything in life that's when you're followed by those thoughts, it keeps you locked in boundary that you've created for yourselfAnd it's not sort of a good way to live when you're overthinking everything by planning each and everything.
We are supposed to go with the flow in some cases, most of it and embrace the risk that comes with it.
I prefer unplanned things more cause it's fun that way but it doesn't mean you've to be careless and irresponsible, just straight up set your priorities right anr you'll be okay. Wonder what's your thoughts on this? Do share in the comments.
