Good day, everyone! For the past few days, I’ve been busy completing my errands for graduation. In this blog, I’m going to share how that day went. It was quite stressful since I had to process my documents. Yet, rest assured that it almost went seamless. As a graduating student, you know the struggle on completing the clearance alongside the fees with it. Without further ado, let’s dive right in.
Arrival at My Alma Mater

Before I arrived at my alma mater, I was arguing with my parents about my documents. I’m glad that I had copies of what they were looking for, like my Form 138, Good Moral, and Form 137. I already knew I had them, and I’m grateful that they weren’t lost or damaged. The PSA would just be photocopied anyway.
Unfortunately, I only had a photocopy of my Form 137. My parents said it was already okay to submit it that way. However, my friends disagreed since the school requires the original copy when I was about to ask it on our school GC. I was also unsure if I needed to have a request coming from the school or just persuade them. In addition, I also heard from my friend that the Good Moral certificate expires. That's why, I needed to get a new one. In the end, I didn’t follow my parents, and I’m glad I trusted my instincts.
Supposedly, I should have gone with my cousin and his mother. However, they didn’t inform me as they already processed it earlier. Before arriving at my former school, I called my aunt and asked if my cousin had already secured the documents. Thankfully, their registrar considered it even without the Request Form from the school. Yet, they gave a condition that I should send the required files through Facebook immediately. To make the story short, I was able to secure the original documents I need and proceeded to school.
Going to the School
Sorry if I don’t have pictures of the school. Anyway, I went straight to the registrar to ask for the clearance. I was supposed to submit my documents right away, but I needed to photocopy everything first. Since I had no choice, I went to the nearest printing shop and completed the copies. After that, I successfully submitted them and asked for confirmation if I could proceed with the signing.
I didn’t capture all the steps, but I first had my clearance signed at the library. Then, I went to my adviser (which should have been the Dean) for another signature. After that, I proceeded to the CSDL to complete another requirement.

When I went to the Finance Department, they told me that I needed to pay the fees first before they could sign it. So, I left the school and planned to return once my uncle sent the money.
While I was already in the XLT, I was surprised that my uncle sent the money for my graduation fees. I immediately got off and went back to school. It was exhausting to walk under the heat, but I’m glad I hadn’t paid the driver yet. I withdrew the money from the ATM and returned to the Finance Department.
To make the story short, my transaction there was successful. I just waited for a couple of minutes and they signed my clearance. After that, I went back to the registrar for final validation. I was a bit annoyed since I waited for a long time, only for them to ask me to photocopy the receipt again outside. Thankfully, there wasn’t a long line that time.
I also asked them about my friend (who is also my classmate) if she had any missing records. Fortunately, she only needed her Form 137 and Good Moral. Meanwhile, my cousin missed everything. So yeah, this errand was really exhausting, but at least I managed to complete my requirements.
New Haircut

I also had my new haircut since I want to look presentable for my graduation picture. Thank you for reading!
