Greetings everyone How are you friends of the Hive community ? Hope for happy news. Thank you Wednesdaywalk inspired by @tattoodjay. Don't forget Wednesday to walk and take some picture while to the village with friends.

Fulfilling an invitation from a friend who lives in the village. The name of the village is Wangun, located in Nyalindung sub-district. The distance from Sukabumi city, west Java is about 11 kilometers.
Three friends and I set off from Sukabumi city to Wangun village in a small car. The journey took about 25 minutes, with winding, sometimes descending, sometimes ascending roads. Upon arriving, we Parked the car and walked to meet the friend who had invited use to his house.

We were welcomed in the living room with a friendly welcome. The house is located in the building shape with tropical architecture. The building materials are dominated by wood such as pillars, wooden floors, wooden Walls.

We chatted for about 40 minutes, then the owner of the house invited use to walk to see the condition of the environment. With a sense of Joy, we walked to see the expanse of rice fields and a pond that was quite large and used for taking pictures.

Local residents were given the opportunity to work on rice field cultivation. The results at Harvest time were divides in half with the agreement. The water conditions here are quite abundant and do not experience drought during the dry season.

Rice cultivation in the Wangun village can Harvest rice three Times a year. The community here is self-sufficient pin rice, for food needs. They no longer need to buy rice. The shape of the houses in Wangun village is mostly still traditional still houses.

After exploring the rice fields, we were taken on a walk to see the walked fish Ponds. Some of the walked Ponds looked empty, while other were filled with water. The walked Ponds had been abandoned for long time.

And there were plants to re - introduce fish Into the walked Ponds. After walking and it was already noon, the host invited me to the house again for lunch.

The menu provided was a traditional village menu with nasi liwet, fried fish. The fish was taken from the existing fish pond, stir-fried vegetables, chayote, Chili sauce, and others.

Thank you for stopping by. God bless you.
