A surprise with the tomato plants π that I planted a few weeks ago, plus harvesting some bananas for my cousin's meal

Up close, I saw that one of the plants not only has flowers, but you can also see a small tomato growing, which definitely gave me a lot of joy and satisfaction. It's such a great feeling to be able to harvest our own food at home. The other plant doesn't even have flowers yet, but the important thing is not to get discouraged, because, as I said before, each plant develops at its own pace.

Since tomato plants π are somewhat fragile, especially when they're fruiting, and given that the house walls are so close, I'm going to look for some pieces of iron or wood to make a horizontal support above them to hold them securely and prevent the branches from breaking under their own weight. I'm thinking of leaving it at a height of about 1.5 meters (5 feet) so that it's neither too high nor too low, but a reasonable height.

To conclude my post here in the #hivegarden community, she asked if I could go to where she has a banana plant and do her the favor of picking a few bananas. She's been on a diet for a while now, so she prepares arepas by mixing grated bananas with a little cornmeal to make them more natural. Alternatively, she boils the bananas to eat, along with other vegetables like squash, yucca, or taro, which she has to buy. We're also looking into planting some squash seedlings, as it's perhaps the easiest to care for despite the drought that's currently affecting us.
