Ella es un usuario frecuente de las comunidades Holos & Lotus, Be Entrepreneur, Ladies of Hive y Hive Garden, acá comparte diferentes reflexiones sobre la vida y el ser humano.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Soy administrador de profesión, y vivo en el estado Anzoátegui. La Zul que ves en pantalla no es tan diferente de la Zul en su vida personal.
Me gustan las plantas, los negocios y una vida tranquila, así que creo contenido sobre ello en mis redes sociales, tanto de la web2 como de la web3.
Por lo que la Zul que ves en su blog es la misma que te encontrarás en el día a día.
Cuando empecé a crear contenido, pensé en que quería vender algo real, humano, una vida normal, común y corriente, solo que desde una perspectiva distinta a lo que usualmente se ve en redes.
Creo que hoy en día se vende mucho el consumismo, el ajetreo, la vanidad. Yo no me siento cómoda con ello, además de que creo que hace falta más perfiles que muestren vidas comunes, con vidas reales. Algo que haga sentir a las personas más cercanas, y que también los motive a lograr esas metas que tienen.
Si visitas mi blog, verás que constantemente documento cómo poco a poco trabajo a diario en mejorar lo bueno y lo que no está tan chévere, que digamos. Pero es la realidad, y creo que eso es bastante valioso cuando empiezas.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué a Hive Blog porque me daba curiosidad (soy demasiado curiosa, y gracias a ello encuentro oportunidades o experiencias maravillosas, Sean curiosos, chicos, ¡eso sirve!); ya creaba contenido escrito, así que pensé unirme para explorar otras opciones y sistemas.
Creé mi presentación, me tomó algunos días, escuché las clases de @aliento y empecé a publicar mis primeros escritos.
Y lo primero en lo que me fijé fue en la interfaz; me agradó y aún me gusta mucho el aspecto que tiene, así como las diversas dApps; es todo un universo para hacer todo lo que se te ocurra.
Me quedé y sigo aquí hasta hoy en día. Esperemos sean más años creando y construyendo.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
Hay 2 cosas de las que te das cuenta cuando ingresas a Hive Blog.
+ La primera de ellas es que generas ingresos desde el primer día con tu tiempo invertido en la plataforma, sin requisitos que podrían ser difíciles de alcanzar.
Esto es algo bastante importante, porque puedes pasar tiempo en X, Facebook y otras redes sin recibir nada por ello. Es allí donde también te percatas de algo...
+ La comunidad en Hive Blog y otras redes es diferente.
Desde mi punto de vista, la comunidad en Hive es más sólida que en redes convencionales, y de alguna manera te da esa impresión de ser más cercana.
He hecho buenos amigos aquí en Hive, personas con las que puedo compartir, apoyarnos y de las que puedo aprender diariamente. Simplemente maravilloso.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Un lugar para crear realmente. De esa forma lo describiría. Aquí he aprendido mucho, y no hubiese imaginado que la creación aquí hubiese despertado en mí la pasión por crear contenido e ir más allá.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Suelo publicar en Holos & Lotus, Be Entrepreneur, Ladies of Hive y Hive Garden. Suelo analizar temas y compartir reflexiones, hablar de mi día en mi trabajo online y mi jardín, así que en estas comunidades encuentro ese espacio para expresar mis ideas.

6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
+ Mi mayor logro: Conseguir el badge de Worker Bee (HP), y espero avanzar más en Hive Blog este año; siempre estoy abierta a oportunidades.
+ Mi experiencia más gratificante: Mis amigos en Hive Blog, no solo interactuamos aquí, sino también fuera de Hive, lo cual me parece maravilloso. Lo mejor de la vida es encontrarte en ella personas con las cuales compartir.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
¿Cuanto dinero es que gano yo? Me costó entenderlo, pero solo era cuestión de prestar más atención y un poco de práctica.
¿Qué es eso del "networking"?
No considero que haya sido tan difícil de practicar, pero sí de ejecutar cuando comienzas y tienes pocos recursos en tu cuenta. Sin embargo, con una buena organización lo logras.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Me visualizo avanzando cada vez más y participando más en la plataforma.
Me gusta enseñar a otros, es algo que he descubierto con mi canal de YouTube y los post que redacto para Hive Blog, así que siento que podría tomar ese rumbo, en el cual estaría encantada.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Que sea paciente y aproveche Hive Blog como una oportunidad para encontrar su voz, expresarse y darle rienda suelta a su creatividad a la hora de crear.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Primero escucharía lo que busca y en torno a ello le respondería.
Algunos quieren estar en redes sin algoritmo, donde puedan expresar su opinión libremente sin ser censurados, así que les diría que Hive es el lugar perfecto para ello.
También para todo aquel que desea empezar a crear contenido, es un buen lugar gracias a que se pueden entender algunos conceptos que le servirán de mucho en cualquier plataforma.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Cuando empecé en Hive Blog, busqué delegaciones, y uno de los proyectos que me apoyó desde el inicio fue Hispapro, así que muchas gracias por ello; lo valoro mucho.
Proyectos como Hispapro y Aliento ayudan a que la experiencia de los usuarios sea positiva. Sientes que tienes a alguien a quien acudir. Continúen así, hacen un excelente trabajo.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you’re from, etc.)
I’m an administrator by profession, and I live in Anzoátegui state. The Zul you see on screen isn’t that different from the Zul in her personal life.
I love plants, business, and a quiet life, so I create content about those things on my social media, both on Web2 and Web3.
So the Zul you see on her blog is the same person you’ll meet in everyday life.
When I started creating content, I wanted to share something real and human—a normal, everyday life—but from a different perspective than what’s usually seen on social media.
I think that these days, consumerism, the rat race, and vanity are heavily promoted. I don’t feel comfortable with that, and I also believe we need more content that shows ordinary, real lives. Something that makes people feel more connected and motivates them to achieve their goals.
If you visit my blog, you’ll see that I constantly document how I work little by little every day to improve the good stuff and the things that aren’t so great, so to speak. But that’s reality, and I think that’s pretty valuable when you’re just starting out.
2. How did you find Hive, and what was your first impression?
I found Hive Blog because I was curious (I’m way too curious, and thanks to that, I find wonderful opportunities and experiences—be curious, guys, it pays off!); I was already creating written content, so I thought I’d join to explore other options and platforms.
I created my profile; it took me a few days. I listened to @aliento’s classes and started posting my first writings.
And the first thing I noticed was the interface; I liked it, and I still really like the way it looks, as well as the various dApps; it’s a whole universe where you can do anything you can think of.
I stayed, and I’m still here today. Hopefully, there will be many more years of creating and building.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social media (like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social media within Hive?
There are two things you notice when you log into Hive Blog.
+ The first is that you generate income from day one based on the time you invest in the platform, with no requirements that might be difficult to meet.
This is quite important, because you can spend time on X, Facebook, and other platforms without getting anything in return. That’s also where you realize something...
+ The community on Hive Blog and other platforms is different.
From my perspective, the community on Hive is stronger than on conventional platforms, and in some ways it feels more intimate.
I’ve made good friends here on Hive—people I can share with, support, and learn from every day. It’s simply wonderful.
4. If you had to define Hive in a single sentence, what would it be?
A place to truly create. That’s how I’d describe it. I’ve learned a lot here, and I never would have imagined that creating here would awaken in me a passion for creating content and pushing myself further.
5. In which communities do you usually post or interact most frequently, and why?
I usually post in Holos & Lotus, Be Entrepreneur, Ladies of Hive, and Hive Garden. I tend to analyze topics and share my thoughts, talk about my day at my online job and my garden, so in these communities I find a space to express my ideas.
I love every single one of them!
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far?
+ My greatest achievement: Earning the Worker Bee (HP) badge, and I hope to make further progress on Hive Blog this year; I’m always open to opportunities.
+ My most rewarding experience: My friends on Hive Blog—we don’t just interact here, but also outside of Hive, which I think is wonderful. The best thing in life is finding people to share it with.
7. What was the hardest thing to learn when you were just starting out?
How much money do I make? It took me a while to understand, but it was just a matter of paying closer attention and a little practice.
What is this "networking" thing?
I don’t think it was that hard to practice, but it was difficult to execute when you’re just starting out and have limited funds in your account. However, with good organization, you can make it work.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
I see myself moving forward more and more and becoming more involved in the platform.
I enjoy teaching others—it’s something I’ve discovered through my YouTube channel and the posts I write for the Hive Blog—so I feel like I could go in that direction, which I’d be delighted to do.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who’s just getting started?
Be patient and use Hive Blog as an opportunity to find your voice, express yourself, and let your creativity run wild when creating.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
First, I’d listen to what they’re looking for and tailor my response to that.
Some people want to be on a platform without an algorithm, where they can freely express their opinions without being censored, so I’d tell them that Hive is the perfect place for that.
It’s also a great place for anyone who wants to start creating content, since you can learn some concepts that will be very useful on any platform.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
When I started on Hive Blog, I looked for delegations, and one of the projects that supported me from the beginning was Hispapro, so thank you very much for that; I really appreciate it.
Projects like Hispapro and Aliento help make the user experience positive. You feel like you have someone to turn to. Keep it up—you’re doing an excellent job.
