The ability to sort issues without having to run around to the bank or certain institutions just to get things sorted is very amazing. Recently I was phased with an issue concerning my bank application where I had forgotten my username and pin code just because I had always used my fingerprints to access my account. I was so worried to the extent that i did not know what to do at the time because i needed the money from that app for something and it was urgent.
After a while, I was able to cool off and try the forgot password/ credential aspects but unfortunately it was not working after several attempts. Since I had doubt that the issues were coming from the applications I had to use Chrome to access their online site. On the site, it was still given the same issues but I was able to chat with their agent virtually and he gave me guidelnes on what to do as regards resetting of the pin.
Fast forward to now, everything is sorted and my account has been restored. The thought of using transport fare to go to their banking Hall and get it sorted was very tedious for me and I am glad that technology has advanced in such a way fast people can attend to matters from the comfort of their home.
