Dog day with Nadi: out and about in the really hot town

I didn't really have anything to do yesterday so I figured we would take the hound for a walk and show off her new haircut.
We just had a normal day and I was a bit disgusted that zero people commented on how wonderful her haircut was. I'm just kidding, I didn't run into anyone that actually knows me or Nadi.

One of our first port of call's was Chong Coffee, and I question why I bother going to this place. I ordered the coconut coffee because a lot of my friends talk about how great it is. Well, this must be some "new gen" drink because it contained zero coconut, it had a scoop of ice cream, milk or cream, some jellies and nuts, and if there was a space a tiny bit of a coffee. It's crazy to me that the world has taken wake up juice and somehow turned it into a 1 thousand calorie drinkable cake.
I'm not super diet oriented but this is just ridiculous. I will not have that a gain because if I am going to consume empty calories there better be booze in it.

We walked around a bit more after i discovered that Nadi enjoys ice cream and then ran into one of her biggest enemies.

Looks like someone else recently had a haircut as well. I think this cat probably cares just as much about its crazy haircut as Nadi cares about her own. I have to keep a strong hold on Nadi when a cat is nearby because although Nadi has never actually caught a cat, I am quite worried about what would happen to her if she did. Nadi thinks she is tough but I think almost any full size cat would kick her little butt.

That is just ridiculous. Cut I guess. I kind of feel bad for it.
Time passed by and since I hadn't had much to eat today I stopped at a new taco stand that has been near my house for quite some time.

To me it seems like tacos would be one of the easiest foods to make no matter where you are in the world but this was just tasteless crap. I'm happy that it was extremely cheap though. I guess it lined my belly a bit for the 4 beers I ended up having while I was here. I will not bother naming and shaming the business but I really believe that everyone in this town just makes rubbish Mexican food. The absence of corn tortillas doesn't help but since I have quite a bit of experience with Mexico anyway, I know that flour tortillas are a lot more common than corn in the motherland anyway.
Maybe the sauces could help a bit but honestly, these things tasted like I was eating nothing at all. It was just strange. I guess I can understand why nobody is talking about this place because it was just bland city. The service at the bar sucked as well.
Nadi keeps me calm in these situations.
So that was basically my day and I went home to just watch some TV and Nadi made me jealous once again by almost immediately falling asleep. I guess the 2km or so that we walked really tuckered her out.
Something funny happened though, I had forgotten to take one of the pills that I take every day so I went and got it out of the packaging and then turned around and saw my sleepy stalker sitting there looking at me.

It really doesn't matter what it is, if I am messing with something in some sort of packaging Nadi thinks there is a chance it might be cheese and she wants some of it.
We went back to bed and once again, withing 2 minutes she was snoring. I envy that dog sometimes.
