My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2026

Hello there!!

This post is about my yesterday's activity.

My aunt went at the supermarket for a few things she would need for the weekend, but she forgot that we would have visitors on Monday for lunch so i went back to the supermarket for the essentials.

The supermarket is almost five minutes from the house so it's not a big deal. The thing is that i got the fleu and i have the simptoms since Wednesday but it was ok.

On Saturday though i woke up a little bit worse with cough. I realised that i'm worse while i was walking the uphill, close to the house.

When i get the fleu it remains for a few days so i don't mind.

I was planning my night for going at the church to get the Holy Light but my body had other plans.

My cough got worse and my temperature rised up a little which i was checking almost every 10 minutes because i was feeling changes on my body. Once i was feeling cold and the next second i was feeling too warm. My body did it's job and the temperature got low again without taking any medicine.

This is the candle i bought. And by the way i might get warm too easily when i am out with a tshirt, a jacket and a thin pairs of troussers, but when i am at my bed i really need four blankets.
