Hello, everyone! Welcome to another video on my channel. As you can see in the video above, I’m trying out the Resident Evil 4 demo. There’s a reason for that, and I’m going to explain it to you.

You see, there are sales on Steam. I guess with the release of Resident Evil 9, they decided to put some of the series’ titles on sale, and one of the ones I’ve been most looking forward to is the Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Saludos amigos, sean bienvenidos a otro video en mi canal. Como pueden ver en el video de arriba, estoy probando la demo de Resident Evil 4. El por qué tiene su respuesta y se los voy a explicar.

Verán, hay ofertas en Steam. Supongo que con la salida del Resident Evil 9, decidieron colocar algunas de sus entregas en oferta, siendo uno de los más deseados por mi el Resident Evil 4 Remake.

As you can see in the image below, there was a 60% discount, just like on other games such as Resident Evil (the first remake), Resident Evil 4 (which I decided to try out the demo for), and Resident Evil 5, a game I’d always wanted to play as a kid.

Resident Evil 1 and 5 were a great deal, priced at less than $4. On the other hand, even though they had the same discount rate (60%), the Resident Evil 4 Remake was much more expensive; with the discount, it cost $11.60 instead of the original price of $29.

Como pueden ver en la imagen de abajo, tenía una oferta del 60%, al igual que otros juegos como el Resident Evil (el primer Remake), el Resident Evil 4 (del cual decidí probar la demo) y el Resident Evil 5, uno que siempre había querido jugar de niño.

El Resident Evil 1 y el 5 estaban a muy buen precio, menos de 4 USD. Por otra parte, aunque tenían el mismo porcentaje de oferta (60%), el Resident Evil 4 Remake sí que era mucho más costoso, con el descuento costaba 11,6 USD en lugar de los 29 USD que costaba.

To be honest, I wasn't sure if I could run this game on my PC because of the graphics quality and the minimum system requirements. So I decided to give it a try and download the demo, called Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw Demo. It's 10.45 GB, which worked out well for me because I didn't have much space left due to the other games I had installed.

Sinceramente no sabía si podría correr este juego en mi PC por la calidad de los gráficos y los requerimientos mínimos del juego. Así que decidí hacer la prueba y descargar la demo, llamada Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw Demo. Pesa 10,45 GB, lo cual me venía bien porque no tenía mucho espacio a causa de los otros juegos que tenía instalados.

As you can see in the video, it runs with some limitations, since I have to configure the game for optimal performance rather than the highest graphics quality. This was a relief for me, because honestly, I thought I wouldn't be able to play it and wouldn't be able to take advantage of this offer.

So, after trying it out and playing it for a while, testing the demo with different settings, I decided to add it to my library. Although, obviously, I won’t be able to play it because it requires more than 57 GB of available space. I need to finish Resident Evil 3 first before moving on to 4...

Como pueden ver en el video, corre con ciertas limitaciones, pues debo configurar al juego para que tenga el mejor rendimiento, en lugar de que tenga la calidad más alta de gráficos. Esto fue un alivio para mi, porque sinceramente pensé que no podría jugarlo y no podría aprovechar esta oferta.

Así pues, después de hacer la prueba y jugarlo por un rato, repitiendo la demo con distintas configuraciones, decidí añadirlo a mi galería. Aunque evidentemente no podré jugarlo porque requiere de más de 57 GB de espacio disponible. Toca primero terminar el Resident Evil 3 antes del 4...

Well, another game I decided to add to my library while taking advantage of the sale was Resident Evil 5. This is a game I really wanted to play when I was a teenager, after playing the original Resident Evil 4.

Unfortunately, back then I didn’t have a console or a good enough computer to play it, so many years have gone by, but I’ll finally be able to play it. I might have to wait a bit because of the limited space on my laptop, but I’ve got it now, folks.

Bien, otro juego que también decidí añadir a mi Biblioteca, aprovechando la oferta, fue el Resident Evil 5. Este juego es uno que deseaba mucho jugar cuando estaba adolescente, después de haber jugado el Resident Evil 4 Original.

Lamentablemente en aquel tiempo no tenía una consola ni una buena máquina para jugarlo, así que muchos años han pasado pero finalmente podré jugarlo. Quizás tendré que esperar un poco por el espacio limitado de mi laptop, pero ya lo tengo señores.
