What's Going On With The Thumbnails Of My PEAKD Channel?

My Hiverean colleagues? I'm going to need some help here, figuring out a problem that I've been experiencing with my PEAKD channel. Let me explain what is happening.
Recently I have noticed that when I go to "@epicenterdefacto" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">My Blog" and I pull up all the articles that I have posted on my PEAKD channel, any article in which I have embedded a picture from the Wikimedia Commons website as my first picture in that same article doesn't show up in the thumbnail of that same article. Instead, the thumbnail will either show the next picture therein or the thumbnail of the first video I have embedded therein.
A good example of this same problem is that if you scroll down to my article titled "@epicenterdefacto/congratulations-chris-hansen-youre-now-a-full-fledged-domestic-terrorist" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Congratulations, Chris Hansen! You're Now A Full-Fledged Domestic Terrorist!," it no longer shows a picture of Chris Hansen in its thumbnail, but instead it shows a picture of the thumbnail from the first video of Norman Michael Achin that I have embedded therein.
If you click into that same article, the picture of Chris Hansen is still there; so I don't know why his picture would not appear in the thumbnail of that same article in my PEAKD channel's dashboard. This same problem occurs with every article of mine in which I have embedded a picture from the Wikimedia Commons website as its first picture with the intention of it being the picture in the article's thumbnail.
This same problem doesn't stop here. In another article of mine in which I have embedded a picture from the Wikimedia Commons website as my first picture therein, the thumbnail for the article on the dashboard of my PEAKD channel appears as a photograph that has been removed.
If you want an example of it, go to my article titled "@epicenterdefacto/heres-why-i-stopped-taking-oprah-winfrey-seriously" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Here's Why I Stopped Taking Oprah Winfrey Seriously." You'll notice that when you go into the article, the picture of Oprah Winfrey is there; but when you pull the thumbnail of that same article up on my PEAKD channel's dashboard, the picture is missing from the thumbnail.
Is there some way that I can correct this same problem so that the first picture I've embedded in an article with this same problem can appear as the thumbnail for my article on my PEAKD channel's dashboard? I need some guidance here from Hivereans that are more seasoned than I am at addressing these same technical concerns.
I've also been experiencing this same problem with articles of mine that use pictures from the Pexels website as their first picture. However, I haven't experienced problems of this nature with articles that use pictures from the Pixabay website for that same purpose.

If you have any information that would be helpful to me, please post it in the comments section of my article below. Thank you.
