¿Buscas un regalo, bueno, bonito y barato en la asunción? [ESP/ENG]

 

Hola, ¿qué tal, amigos, cómo están? Por aquí hoy un poco así como cansada, a pesar de que sentí que no hice nada en el trabajo, pero los ánimos están por el piso, el cuerpo como cansado; espero que por su parte todo muy bien y, si no, espero que mejore poco a poco.

Saben que ayer quedé pendiente de mostrarles dónde conseguimos el regalo y resulta que nosotros siempre lo mandamos hacer, pero esta vez fue muy apresurado y decidimos visitar Chino Tik Tok en La Asunción porque allí uno encuentra de todo. Nosotros al principio íbamos con una idea inicial de un reloj, pero vimos muchas cosas.

You know, yesterday I promised to show you where we got the present, and it turns out we always have things made to order, but this time we were in a bit of a rush so we decided to pop into Chino Tik Tok in La Asunción because you can find absolutely everything there. At first we went in with the idea of getting a watch, but we saw loads of other things.

Pero cuando llegamos allá, había muchísimas más opciones; por ejemplo, estaban estas carteras de caballero bastante bonitas a un precio muy accesible, de la misma manera las gorras, pero no nos gustaron porque, aparte de que eran muy básicas, era como para un muchacho y estábamos hablando de un señor mayor.

But when we got there, there were loads more options; for example, there were some rather nice men’s wallets at a very reasonable price, and the same went for the caps, but we didn’t like them because, apart from being very basic, they looked more suited to a young lad, and we were talking about an older gentleman.

Todo cambio cuando una de nuestras compañeras hizo la sugerencia de que el usaba de estos bolsitos y que ya el de el estaba muy viejito y que podría ser y que tal los encontramos en 8$ y las bolsitas fue un show porque nosotros lo llamamos el osito y mira encontramos bolsitas de osito y ademas hermosas.

Everything changed when one of our colleagues suggested that he use these little bags, saying that his own was getting rather old and that it might be a good idea. We found them for $8, and the bags were a real hit – we call them ‘the little bear’, and look, we found some little bear bags, and they’re lovely too.

Vi unas cositas a buen precio para Jade desde collares hermosos hasta pecheras y las bolsitas de recoger los desechos tambien estaban super economicas, me encanto un pikachu y al mismo tiempo compramos la vela de osito para acompletar la torta y vimos hasta la vela que siempre colocaban en los 15 años como una flor que yo pensaba que eso ya no existía y si existe jajajajaja, cuando llevamos el regalo creo que los hechos hablan mas que las palabras porque le gustaron ademas de que le acompletamos el regalo con unas medias ¡Saludos!

I spotted a few bits and bobs at a good price for Jade, from beautiful necklaces to bibs, and the poo bags were really cheap too. I loved a Pikachu one, and at the same time we bought the teddy bear candle to top off the cake. We even saw the kind of candle they used to put on 15th birthday cakes – shaped like a flower – which I thought didn’t exist anymore, but it turns out it does, ha ha ha ha ha. When we took the present over, I think the facts speak louder than words because she loved it, and we topped it off with some tights. Best wishes!
