So, the natural question is: What has God called you to do? And what has God called every believer to do as a church? Everything we do must align with this divine mandate. The Bible reminds us in Romans 8:26-29 that God has a purpose for those who love Him; which is to be conformed to the image of His Son" From creation, God's plan was for humanity to reflect His image and likeness. But sin marred that image. Through Jesus Christ, God made restoration possible. The moment we repent and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, we are restored to God's family and begin a journey back to His original plan, to daily grow in Christlikeness. Only those who are like Christ can truly represent Christ in the world.
