During our visit to the beaches of Maceió, the one we spent the most time at was Ipioca Beach. We stayed at the Ipioca Beach Resort, which also provides access to this beach, though in a more secluded area. Near the resort, there is also a public entrance to Ipioca Beach.

In practice, the stretch of beach at the back of the resort is even better, both for swimming and for relaxing by the sea.

We also couldn’t resist taking some photos of the region’s postcard-perfect spot: the famous blue door facing the sea. At the entrance to this area, there’s a giant boat sail that really catches the eye. We passed it several times on the highway but hadn’t noticed it; we only realized it was there as we were leaving the beach. Perhaps it could use better lighting for passersby, especially at night.

Anyway, the state of Alagoas is incredible, full of wonderful beaches, delicious food, and welcoming people. I’ll definitely be back to this paradise more often—it’s just such a cozy place. #MaceióÉMassa!

Durante nossa passagem pelas praias de Maceió, a que tivemos mais contato foi a Praia de Ipioca. Ficamos hospedados no Ipioca Beach Resort, que também dá acesso a essa praia, embora em uma área mais reservada. Próximo ao resort, há ainda uma entrada pública para a praia de Ipioca.

Na prática, a faixa de praia ao fundo do resort é ainda melhor, tanto para banho quanto para relaxar à beira-mar.

Também não poderíamos deixar de registrar algumas fotos do cartão-postal da região: a famosa porta azul de frente para o mar. Na entrada dessa área, há uma vela de barco gigante que chama bastante atenção. Passamos por ela várias vezes na rodovia, mas não a havíamos notado; só percebemos quando estávamos saindo da praia. Talvez falte uma iluminação mais destacada para quem passa, principalmente à noite.

Enfim, o estado de Alagoas é incrível, repleto de praias maravilhosas, comida deliciosa e gente acolhedora. Certamente voltarei mais vezes a esse paraíso — um lugar simplesmente muito aconchegante. #MaceióÉMassa!
