@borderline.babe/the-whisperer-in-the-darkness">The Whisperer in the Darkness (A Short Story by H.P. Lovecraft)
Have you ever heard of the book “The Whisperer in the Darkness”? “I find it quite uncanny. At the time that I decided to pick up Lovecraft again was the same time that I came across the story of Mel's hole. For anyone who is unfamiliar, it is a very bizarre account of a hole with no bottom to it. Mel, being a fisherman, starts sending down fishing line to measure the hole, and even after it surpasses the length of 80,000 feet, he still does not reach the bottom” the author said. Read the story to find out more!
