The Search for Sigurd.

After defeating Kjotve the Cruel, I set out to meet Sigurd by riding across a massive mountain range. I climbed the steep terrain and switched my outfit for better speed before reaching a high ledge overlooking a river. In an attempt to reach the bottom quickly, I took a leap that ended in a fatal fall.

I had to meet Sigurd on another land to continue our mission. I called my mount after changing my outfit. I started riding out of this land, leaving the battlefield behind and looking forward to the next part of our journey.

The map took me directly to this massive mountain. It really reminded me of the jokes about Google Maps that take you to such difficult terrains in the real world when you are just trying to find a simple path.

Well, I started climbing the big mountain because I did not see any other way around the obstacle. I had to pull myself up the rocky ledges and navigate through the frozen ice. It was a slow process, but I was determined to reach the other side.

There were some narrow paths on the mountains as well, or I could run and jump over the gaps to move faster. I kept checking the beautiful landscapes from there, looking at how far I had come. The view of the valleys below was truly breathtaking from such a high point.

At last I reached close to the top of the mountain, where I called my mount and the horse came to me like magic. You can see I already changed my outfit back to the regular one. The other clothes seemed like they were slowing me down so I changed them.

I started riding the horse through the snowy mountain terrain once I reached the flatter sections. I noticed there were several foxes running around the snow. They were not so wild and did not seem bothered by my presence as I moved quietly.

At last I reached an edge of that mountain from where I could see the land where I had to meet Sigurd. However, the only way to reach there seemed like climbing off the mountain and swimming across the wide river. It looked like a very long way down from the cliff.

So I started jumping off and climbing down the mountain as it looked like the only way to me at the time. I moved from one ledge to another, being careful. The descent was just as difficult as the climb I had finished earlier.

After a while, I got bored because the climbing was not ending fast enough. I decided to try a big jump directly towards the river to save some time.
Unfortunately, Eivor landed on a piece of land right beside the river and he died instantly. It was truly a story of misfortune.
That's all for now.
