Caring about your relationship than your ego - Accountability

Let me tell you, if you are someone that doesn't take accountability for your actions, if you are someone that will always find excuses to blame others for it ,you can never get to be friends with me. Accountability is one important quality that I think every human should emulate, if you can't be honest enough to admit that you are in the wrong and correct or amend your mistakes,then it is very bad. People close to me can say they have hear from me several times that I will o don't like someone that can't say sorry, someone that believes he or she is never wrong, no matter the other good qualities such person possess, this bad behavior will overwhelm it.

No one is perfect,no one is above mistakes,it shouldn't be hard accepting one's mistakes. You might think you protect your name or give yourself some honor at that moment you blame someone else for your mistakes but no, you lose people trust people, people loyalty begin to drop. Some people prude can never let them admit their wrongdoings,I call them lazy people that hides,if you value yourself truly,you will come out to chest what wrong you have done.

In any relationship,friends,love Eve in your workplace,being known for accountability is a good attribute,the opposite will only awaken it rather than strengthen it,no one we be able to rely on such person. Accountability, Honesty is the sole of every relationship.

There is a girl in my team that whenever a mistakes is made she is always fast to point out someone that did it but in my own case,one person mistakes is everybody's mistake because at that point it's not about one person,it's about a team,it's the team's mistake.

It might just be difficult to admit to our wrong sometimes but at every end ,it's the best thing to do.
