My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2026

Yesterday I went to a Thai massage. I was very stiff and can still feel it. Almost like muscle soreness. 😂

No pain no gain or what?

Before that I met with friends for geocaching.

After the massage I made some food. Noodles with summer Bolognese and a fried egg.
