Jeszcze jeden dzień gospodarczy – dziś walczyliśmy z dużym oknem tarasowym w salonie oraz z balkonem. Do mycia szyb balkonowych kupiłem rok temu taki chiński przyrząd, który dzięki magnesom pozwala myć szybę jednocześnie z dwóch stron. Niestety jest to myjka manualna i trzeba się nieźle namachać, by przeciągnąć ją po szkle. Ramiona bolą mnie teraz tak, jakbym zaliczył solidny trening z hantlami. Później czekało mnie jeszcze mycie dwóch samochodów, ponieważ ostatnio nad Belgię nadciągnął pył znad Sahary i auta wyglądały fatalnie.
[ENG] Another chore-filled day—today we tackled the large patio window in the living room and the balcony. A year ago, I bought this Chinese gadget for washing balcony glass, which uses magnets to clean both sides of the pane at once. Unfortunately, it's a manual tool, and it takes a lot of effort to drag it across the glass. My arms ache now as if I’d done a heavy workout with dumbbells. Afterward, I had to wash two cars because of the Saharan dust that recently hit Belgium, leaving the cars looking terrible.
Kiedy wracałem drugim samochodem z myjni, zatrzymałem się w Nimy na szybki trening biegowy wzdłuż kanału. W planie miałem krótki, ale intensywny bieg, więc musiałem się przyłożyć. Ścieżka rowerowa wzdłuż kanału w Nimy idealnie nadaje się do biegów progresywnych. Mimo zmęczenia po całym dniu, poszło mi lepiej, niż się spodziewałem.
[ENG] On my way back from the car wash with the second car, I stopped in Nimy for a quick run along the canal. The plan called for a short but intense workout, so I really had to push myself. The bike path along the canal in Nimy is perfect for progressive runs. Despite being tired from the whole day, it went better than expected.
