(Eng) Hey Skatehive family!!!

I came to share with you a little bit about this week's journey here at Bless Skateshop, lots of cool stuff happening and we're still managing to skate with friends!!

(Port) Salve familia skatehive !!! Vim compartilhar com vcs um pouco da carreria dessa semana aqui na Bless Skateshop , muita coisa legal acontecendo e ainda estamos conseguindo andar de skate com os amigos !!

(Eng) Last week we received the skateboards we made in honor of Gnars Dao, and to our surprise, 3 units have already been sold, and 2 of them were paid for with crypto through the Base network. We are very happy to see this happening and to feel the support of our community for this initiative. We will direct part of the sales of these decks to the Gnars DAO treasury so that we can strengthen the return flow so that many other people can create proposals within the DAO and achieve incredible things, like the proposal of our friends who are literally pushing across the African continent on skateboards. A shout out to the skaters @ephraimsylar and Jayfilms, you guys are awesome!!!

(Eng) Things are also progressing well at our barbershop. The other day I arrived at the shop around 4:20 PM and there were already about three people waiting for haircuts. As we went about our business, the conversation about Web 3, crypto, and blockchain was already flowing, and it's becoming a regular topic of conversation with the clients and friends who come here to support our work. Being able to learn and teach something about this to people in our community has been really great, and I feel like people are really starting to get interested in Hive.

As coisas tbm estão caminhando em nossa barbearia, esses dias cheguei na loja por volta das 16:20 e ja tinha umas 3 pessoas esperando pra cortar e conforme fomos realizando os serviços na barbearia a conversa sobre web3 e cripto e blockchain ja estava rolando e a cada dia que passa esta se tornando um assunto tradicional com os clientes e amigos que aqui veem prestigiar o nosso trabalho. Poder aprender e ensinar algo sobre isso para as pessoas da nossa comunidade tem sido realmente muito legal e sinto que as pessoas estão realmente começando a se interessar pela Hive .

(Eng) I find it very interesting when one thing starts to work, and other things start to flow too! Our friend @albinobrabo stopped by the office yesterday to buy rolling papers and paid us in ETH again via EtherFi. My bro @brunodias631 also bought skateboard base screws and paid us with Hive. I'm so happy to see this actually happening and even happier to be walking in a completely new and different direction from that dark street we were on before Web3, held hostage by an old and obsolete market where brands and corporations only care about profit from selling their ridiculous products!! From now on, we will only develop our own unique, exclusive products with added value to the Web3 universe.

(Port) Acho muito interessante quando uma coisa começa a dar certo, outras também começam a fluir! Nosso amigo @albinobrabo passou no escritório ontem para comprar papéis de seda e nos pagou em ETH novamente via EtherFi. Meu mano @brunodias631 também comprou parafuso de base para skate e nos pagou com Hive fico feliz demais por ver isso acontecendo de verdade e muito mais feliz por estar caminhando em outra direção totalmente nova e diferente daquela rua escura que nos encontravámos antes da web3 , refém de um mercado velho e obsoleto aonde marcas e coorporações só querem saber de lucro em cima da venda de seus produtos ridiculos !! Agora daqui em diante desenvolveremos somente os nossos produtos unicos exclusivos e com valor agregado ao universo Web3 .

(Eng) In the mornings I've been working as a kitchen assistant with a Peruvian chef, a job I've been doing since December. Since then, I feel I've been evolving a lot in this new area. I'm making various typical Peruvian dishes, each one tested under the chef's strict quality control, and I'm very happy to be able to execute recipes I'd never tried before and had no idea about. Nowadays, I've been receiving compliments from the chef and customers for the dishes I've created. I've always enjoyed cooking at home for myself, my wife, and daughter, but I never imagined working in a restaurant and being able to excel at something new and unknown. I'm so inspired and motivated that I feel I'll start studying culinary arts very soon...

(Port) Na parte da manhã tenho trabalhado como aux de cozinha com um chef Peruano e estou fazendo este trabalho desde Dezembro e de la para cá sinto que estou evoluindo bastante nessa nova area , estou fazendo diversos pratos tipicos da culinaria Peruana que são testados um a um pelo rigido controle de qualidade do Chef e fico muito feliz por conseguir executar receitas que nunca havia provado antes e tinha noção alguma e hoje em dia tenho recebido elogios do Chef e dos clientes pelos pratos construidos por mim. Sempre gostei de fazer minha comida em casa para eu e minha esposa e filha mas nunca imaginei trabalhar em um restaurante e consegur realizar com excelencia algo inedito que não conhecia e estou tão inspirado e motivado que sinto que vou começar a estudar culinaria muito em breve ...

(Eng) As it's April 16th, we're already counting down to the second edition of the Global Pizza Party on May 22nd here at Bless Skateshop in our beloved neighborhood in the north of São Paulo. Last year, unfortunately, it rained almost all day, but even so, we managed to gather about 70 people here at the shop to celebrate this day together and talk with everyone about Web 3 and the decentralized universe that is being built. It was a truly incredible day, and people in the neighborhood still talk about it today. Because of this, this year we are planning to hold an event for about 150 people, and on this day of the event, which we will call Onboarding Day, we plan to have all the guests who come here to support the event onboard for the Hive blockchain and document everything with the help of https://checkinwith.xyz. We will have a day full of music, skateboarding, conversation about the Web 3 universe, and lots of pizza!! We hope to make this date something truly special, without asking anything from skate brands or opportunists of that type. We will accomplish everything with the support of the Pizza Dao Latam family, the Skatehive community, and ourselves. And for anyone in the city of São Paulo on May 22nd, we invite you to celebrate this date together.

Bem como estamos no dia 16/04 ja entramos na contagem regressiva para realizar no proximo 22/05 a segunda edição do Global Pizza Party aqui na Bless Skateshop em nosso querido bairro da zona norte de SP. Ano pasado infelizmente choveu quase que o dia todo mas mesmo assim conseguimos reunir cerca de 70 pessoas aqui na loja para celebrarmos junto este dia e conversar com a galera sobre web3 e o universo descentralizado que esta sendo construido e foi um dia realmente incrivel e as pessoas do bairro comenta até hoje e por conta disto este ano estamos planejando realizar um evento para cerca de 150 pessoas e queremos realizar neste dia do evento que chamaremos de Onboading Day aonde planejamos realizar o oboarding de todos os convidados que vierem aqui prestigiar o evento para a blockchain da Hive e documentar tudo com o auxilio do https://checkinwith.xyz , teremos um dia com muita , musica , skateboard , bate papo sobre universo web3 e muita pizza !! Esperamos fazer desta data algo realmente especial , sem pedir nada para marcas do mercado do skate ou oportunistas do tipo , vamos realizar tudo com o support da familia Pizza Dao Latam, comunidade skatehive e Nós mesmo e para quem tiver na cidade de São Paulo em 22/05 fica o nosso convite para celebrarmos juntos esta data .
