Good morning everyone you're welcome to my blog today.
I would love to share my recipe on how I prepared a beautiful and fluffy cake at home for my family today being Sunday. Cake preparation is not that difficult but if you don't know the basic steps as a beginner you will make a lot of mistakes on your first trial.
To make a simple sweet fluffy cake you would need flour, sugar, eggs ,butter ,vanilla flavor, baking powder, milk and food coloring if you want to make cake of different colors.
The first procedure is to mix your sugar and butter together if you have a food processor it will make it easier for you but I use a spoon to mix mine together together and it takes a lot of time to do that because it has to be fluffy if you don't get it from the start your cake will not turn out well.
So after doing that I beat my eggs till they bring out white foam only and set it aside then I go in with my baking powder baking powder is what will make the cake rise if you get a very good one. Then after that I go in with my vanilla essence and then add my egg after adding my egg I would pour in my floor and put in enough milk to make the cake mixture not to be too thick then I will add my food coloring if need be or leave my cake plane.
As that is going on ,I use sand to bake because I don't have an oven so I would put sand in a pot and put it on fire so the water in the sand dries up. Then I would put some butter on my baking pan and then sprinkle floor on it so that my cake comes out beautiful and not stick to the pan.
Then I would pour in the mixture and put it on fire to start baking I will leave it for about 30 minutes then I would use a knife to put in the middle of the cake if it comes out clean then the cake is ready and that is how to make a fluffy cake.
Thank you for stopping by my blog today.
