Now let us get down to this Round 421. It has been raining for days now down here which is a good sign that we have officially entered rainy season. But it is also a difficult time to hunt for shadows because the sun rarely rises well enough to allow objects project their shadows. But if you are lucky to have sun shine few hours after the rain, especially in th afternoon, you will definitely be sure of having nice shadows to hunt.

That was the scenario I found myself in today. I planned going to the State's Estate Development Agency to regularise the purchase of land by a client - payment of development fees, fencing permit and all that, when suddenly it began to rain. Luckily for me the rain lasted for about forty five minutes and cleared. Thereafter the sun came out.
As I was walking down towards their office, I saw some beautifully formed shadows coming out of the streetlights installed on the road. They made real shadows and I captured them.

These ones above were taken at a close range as the shadow is formed on the tarred road.
These one was taken abit away from the shadows.

I took more shots to reveal the shadows from various ranges. These ones were taken from a long distance.

And with that I conclude my hunt for this round of contest.
That's all for now. I hope you like the shadows too. Let me know what you feel about them in the comment section. All images are original and are mine too. I captured them with my Android mobile phone.
Let's keep hunting for great shadows too. Until next time, thanks for viewing my blog.
