#1134 - Rizal Park Manila Shots for Monday.
Happy Monday my incredible Hive family across the globe! May your day be productive, your coffee be strong like Arabic black and your smile be bright. Let's make this Monday a fantastic start to our wonderful week together. You got this😎.
For our daily shots, it was a bright late morning when my family and I went strolling through the historic grounds of Rizal Park in Manila. I was with my wife, our son Joaquin and a few relatives who were visiting.

They wanted to see the famous park, so we gladly acted as their tour guides. The sun was already high making the day quite sunny and humid and warm. There wasn't a single cloud but we didn't feel bothered by the heat at all. Perhaps it was the excitement of exploring.

We walked slowly along the paths, taking in the vibrant energy of the park. It was nice to see so many people enjoying the outdoors. We went towards a specific area that caught our eye. We spent a good amount of time near the bust of the former President, Diosdado Macapagal.

There were many tall, artistic lights standing here in a row. These lights are part of the park's decorative ensemble, probably stunning when lit up at night but still impressive under the midday sun. The structure provided a unique backdrop that was hard to resist.

Since we were all together, it was the perfect opportunity for a family photo. We posed together with these towering lights. We took turns posing.

It was a simple pause in our walk but filled with laughter and bonding. There was so much more ground to cover and so many more sights to see in this sprawling national park. More to follow about our Rizal Park adventures.
